Vendor campaign submissions, without the inbox

Configure a campaign, invite your suppliers, and stop chasing spreadsheets. They submit line items online or in the Excel template they already know; the campaign closes itself at the deadline; you decision every line in one place — accept, reject, or send back for revision — with an audit trail behind all of it.

Unlimited supplier accounts on every plan. Your vendors never pay.

How it works

One campaign cycle, start to finish

Built around the promotion-collection process buyers actually run — not a generic form builder.

1

Configure

Define what you're collecting with a spreadsheet-style form builder, set the deadline, and pick reminder cadence. Reuse templates from your library.

2

Invite

Add supplier contacts by hand, by paste, or from a rolled-out promo table. Each contact gets their own account and sees only the brands they represent.

3

Collect

Suppliers submit online or upload the generated Excel template — same validation either way. Reminders go out automatically; the campaign closes itself at the deadline.

4

Decide

Filter, sort, and decision every line — accept, reject, or request revision with a side-by-side change proposal. Suppliers get one consolidated notification, never a flood.

Why teams switch

The parts email and spreadsheets can't do

Excel round-trip

The template is generated from your form, and uploads are validated against the same rules as online entry. Suppliers keep the workbook; you get clean data.

Strict brand isolation

Brokers who represent multiple brands see each one separately, enforced at the data layer and verified by an adversarial test suite — not a checkbox.

Deadlines that enforce themselves

Automatic reminders before every milestone, automatic close at the deadline, and late-arrival control through explicit, audited edit grants.

Revision without chaos

Unlock a single line for a supplier to fix, or propose the change yourself and let them approve it side-by-side. No versioned attachments, no guessing.

A complete audit trail

Every action attributed to a person, every email logged. When someone asks why a line was rejected in March, the answer is one search away.

Two views, one tool

A focused, plain-language view for occasional users and a dense registry view for power users — every account can switch, so nobody is stuck in the wrong one.

Pricing

Pay for your team. Never for your suppliers.

Seats are internal users — campaign managers and admins, billed the same. Supplier accounts are unlimited and free on every plan.

FAQ

The questions buyers ask first

Do my suppliers have to pay or install anything?

No. Supplier accounts are free on every plan, unlimited, and browser-based. Suppliers who prefer Excel can do their entire submission in the generated workbook and upload it once.

What counts as a paid seat?

Internal users only — campaign managers and administrators, billed identically. You decide who holds admin rights; it never changes the price. Deactivating a user frees their seat immediately.

We have brokers who represent several brands. How is that handled?

Each brand is a separate tag, and a broker sees each brand's campaigns, items, and files strictly separately. The separation is enforced in the data layer and continuously verified by an adversarial test suite that tries to cross it.

Can our team sign in with our Microsoft accounts?

Yes — Business plans include single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Google. On a company-managed Windows machine that means signing in without ever seeing a password prompt. Supplier accounts use their own credentials with self-service password reset.

What happens to files suppliers upload?

Every upload is checked against an allow-list of file types, size-limited, and virus-scanned before it is stored. A file that cannot be scanned is refused rather than quietly accepted.

Can we run it on our own infrastructure?

Yes. Enterprise agreements include a self-hosted option with a guided installer, health monitoring, and one-click updates — useful where procurement or data-residency rules require it.
